In good condition, some general wear and tear odd marks and scratches but nothing major . I believe this is a older one as has a pat number but is the same as the modern ones . Jaws are good . Handle is straight . Open and closes and it should . Could be cleaned up better I have it a quick once over . Ready to go back to work as is . Not mint but a very tidy tool .
