MISCELLANEOUSIt happens again and again that customers buy products, install them and then return them for no reason. You will understand that we do not provide you with these products for testing free of charge. Installed goods cannot simply be refunded 100%. DEPOSIT REGULATIONS – VERY IMPORTANT!The price only applies when you return your defective old part. We charge you 140 EURO deposit additionally until we receive your defective old part. This is to speed up the shipping process. As soon as we receive your defective old part, you will be refunded the amount (we usually need up to 6 working days). The buyer bears the return shipping costs. For deposit payment you will receive a Paypal payment link from us after your purchase if you pay via Paypal. Alternatively, you can also use the Paypal payment send function and send the deposit to us immediately. This also speeds up shipping. Old parts must be received by us within 45 days. After 45 days you can of course still send back old parts, but there will be a deduction of 30%. Why? Because we have to get a replacement after 45 days. Otherwise we would not have these parts in our program in the short to medium term. We can't afford that. Old parts which are not within 6 months can no longer be accepted. We find this deadline more than reasonable. Long story short: please send the old parts back to us within 45 days. The faster the better for all of us. After all, you want your deposit back more quickly and we want the old parts. Please note that your old part must be eligible for a deposit. Eligible for deposit means:

Shipping is via DHL (can take up to 1 - 2 days from the time the package is dropped off, but usually only one day).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGWe deliver shipments with DHL Premium and express shipments with UPS.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver abroad by cash on delivery.
We have currently excluded some EU countries from our delivery list because these countries have too high a VAT rate. We can gladly deliver these goods if you agree to pay the price difference (example: Hungary has 27% VAT and we only have 19% in Germany). We have to pay taxes in each EU country, so the same price for all countries is not feasible.

After receiving your old defective pump back to us, we will refund you within 3-6 business days. The shipping costs have to be paid by you. For shipments outside the European Union the customer is responsible for import duties / local taxes etc. Please note that parts must be refundable. This means:
Cores must arrive within 45 days to us at the latest. After 45 days, you can of course also send cores back, but here it comes to deductions of 30% because we have to supply new cores if the pump doesn't arrive a certain time. Otherwise some products will not be available within shortest time. Long story short; Please send the cores back to us within 45 days. The faster the better for all of us. Finally, you want the deposit amount back faster and we need the cores back faster.
International Shipping: We use DHL Premium for parcels within Europe & UPS Express for express parcels.
We currently do not ship to some EU countries with high VAT (example: Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Greece, Croatia, Portugal, Slovenia, Ireland, Poland). If you pay the VAT difference, we will ship to you. Please contact us.Please understand us that same sales price for every country in EU is not doable due to VAT difference. For example, VAT is 27% in Hungary, but VAT in Germany is only 19%.
