In our quest for better sound, we at Campfire Audio have arrived at the "culmination" of earphone design, the SOLARIS. SOLARIS is the culmination of all the efforts we have made in acoustic design. The "lively performance" of SOLARIS creates a "three-dimensional sound image" in which several layers of sound are exquisitely overlapped to create an incredible reality. If you compare SOLARIS to traditional 2-channel hi-fi audio, you will be amazed at how close you are to the sound quality of personal audio.


The flagship model, named after the Latin word for "sun," has reached the ultimate state.

The flagship model "SOLARIS," which incorporates all the technology of the current model, also has a design with even greater attention to detail. The face plate is 24K (24-karat gold), creating a subdued texture. The housing is made of machined aluminum material like the current Campfire Audio earphones, but the design is based on the ripple pattern carved during the CNC machining process, and is also treated with gunmetal PVD. The nozzle is made of stainless steel.


Tuned Acoustic Expansion Chamber (T.A.E.C.)

By incorporating various acoustic technologies into SOLARIS, we have created a superior earphone. SOLARIS, with its hybrid design, consists of two types of drivers with different characteristics: balanced armature drivers and dynamic drivers. The balanced-armature driver uses Campfire Audio's proprietary Tuned Acoustic Expansion Chamber (T.A.E.C.) technology, which enables a unique acoustic design without the use of a sound tube in the driver that is achievable with modern technology. The T.A.E.C. enables a unique acoustic design that does not use a sound tube in the driver, which is achievable with modern technology, and improves response in the high frequency range. In addition, the large-diameter rear-ported balanced-armature driver design provides less distortion and more accurate midrange reproduction.


Polarity Tuned Chamber

The dynamic driver is a specially tuned 10mm diameter "A.D.L.C Coated Dynamic Driver", which is also used in Campfire Audio's ATLAS. The Polarity Tuned Chamber, a proprietary technology also used in POLARIS as a key element of the acoustic design, optimizes the tuning of the dynamic-type driver to achieve a unique quality of sound performance. Polarity Tuned Chamber" is a technology that precisely controls the acoustic characteristics of dynamic drivers by placing them in a chamber (air chamber) that functions like a "cabinet" (as in a speaker) to bring out the driver's true performance. This is a technology that brings out the driver's true performance.
