Vintage Japanese Lacquered Wood Tissue Box w/ Box

This square box with a removable lid is painted a caramel brown in true shunkei-nuri style. It has a simple line design on the lower half that stretches all the way around. It can be used to store loose-leaf tissues or can be used as a small countertop waste bin. The inside is a matte black color. It comes with the original box.
