Lens in good working condition (see photo). 

No fungus, no fog! Small dust inside.

The front lens and rear lens has no scratches.

The diaphragm and focus ring turns smoothly. There is no oil on the aperture blades.

The set includes a back cover, but no front cover - a UV filter is used as a cover.

Comes with original case and 3 filters. The case has wear and signs of age. The lens is taken out and inserted into the case very tightly. The lens is removed from the case with inner fabric.
