Important note on Shipping:
If shipping Via Letter mails within Canada or outside Canada (even standard small packets shipping, etc. do not have tracking), Letter mails do not have tracking & this information should be visible when buyers place the order.
But I personally take responsibility in taking picture of each & every package that I ship for my own reference & all I can do is to send you that picture for your reference based on your request.
Requesting buyers to be aware of this & be prepared for any delay in shipping as unfortunately it is not under Seller's control once shipped without tracking. Hence no Refund will be entertained in such cases. Strongly recommended to order with shipment with tracking.

Note on item condition: I am trying to be as transparent as I can & will most of the times attach all Disc pictures, etc. (with some exceptions that if item has too many discs, I might not be able to attach all pics) & same time extra-cautious in reviewing all my items regardless of I attach all pics or not & then I ensure I indicate if there is any damage or scratch in the item in my listing. If for some reasons unfortunately your item/case is delivered damage (which I did not indicate in my listing), then as a seller I do not take responsibility unfortunately for shipping damage & hence such concerns cannot be entertained for any refund or return.
