1x Sylvania “5R4-GY” Tube w/ 5 Pins

Tested good for continuity using the multimeter audio test selection. A 2-Pin daisy-chain test was done for each pin.

Besides being wiped off with a dry microfiber cloth, it has not been cleaned.

Most likely never used based on appearance and condition of storage box.

Items will be bubble wrapped and well packaged for shipping.
