I can’t control what happens to a patch or item once I mail it.  If you prefer USPS ground advantage with tracking, then choose ground advantage as your shipping method during checkout.  It costs a little more than plain white envelope but it does include tracking.  Plain white envelope with a forever stamp does not include tracking but only cost $1.00.  If there is a problem with a transaction or you have not received your patch yet, please contact me first before opening a case with eBay.  I will do my best to make things right.  Please remember sometimes patches shipped in a plain white envelope with a forever stamp take a little longer to arrive to you.  Again, I can not control how long a patch takes to get to you once I mail it.
