Delivery

All orders placed before midnight are dispatched free the next working day from our UK business address via Royal Mail 48 tracked unless otherwise stated in the listing or buyer has selected an upgraded delivery option. Do you need it faster? If so then please select an upgraded delivery option at checkout (additional charge applies). Please note postage services used by us such as but not limited to: ‘Royal Mail 48’ and ‘Royal Mail 24’ are not guaranteed by us to be delivered in the timeframe given by Royal Mail, e.g. ‘48’ is not guaranteed to be delivered in 48 hours but is rather a target time. Once dispatched by us we cannot be held responsible for late delivery on Royal Mail’s part, hope you understand.

Returns

A buyer may return an item within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price providing that the item is unused. Return postage costs shall be borne by the buyer unless the item is defective, has missing parts or is incorrect. Please contact us first via ebay messages if you wish to return an item for whatever reason.

Refunds

A refund of the purchase price shall be given if a buyer wishes to return an unwanted unused item less any return postage costs as for mentioned. A full refund will be offered if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, not as described or declared missing by Royal Mail or any other courier service used by us. We may ask buyers to provide photo evidence of wrong or damaged items before a refund can be processed. Please contact us though ebay messages if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way before leaving any negative or neutral feedback we will do our very best to put things right. 

A Note About ‘Lay-Z-Spa’ Spare Parts

Please note the manufacturer Bestway/Lay-Z-Spa does not sell any original spare parts to any individuals or third party suppliers whatsoever. Original spare parts are not available anywhere as their products are designed to be disposable and are not intended to be user serviceable. Therefore all spare parts available are aftermarket including the ones sold by us. Aftermarket parts maybe a different colour, slightly different shape, or be made of different materials, but all spare parts sold by us such as seals and impellers will do the job they are intended to do perfectly, often better than the originals! We use these very same spare parts for all our own repairs for our rental pump units and our customer pump repair services and have completed hundreds of successful repairs to date. If you are unsure on how to access, identify and install these parts please consider using one of our repair services.
