Owned from new, this 1950s Maklin OO Gage trainset was bought from the original shop in Schildargasse in Koln.

The collection consists of,

- Steam Locamotive Train (E66/12920) (very, very rare) and tender (929/0)

- 20 x curved tracks

- 20 x straight tracks

- 2 x points (wired)

- 3 x points (standard)

- 1 x Shell Oil tank (small)

- 1 x Shell Oil tank (large)

- 2 x passenger carriage (brown and green)

- 1 x wooden car (metal)

- 1 x hopper car

- 1 x flat car

- 2 x track buffers

- 1 x small track connector

- 1 x transformer

- 1 x controller

- collection of Maklin brochures, magazines and instruction papers

Fortunately (or unfortunately for my Mum), my Grandad wouldn't let her touch or play with with set, only watch and wave a flag while he set it up. As a result, the items are in exceptional condition for over 70 years old and will bring an amazing amount of joy and pleasure to thier new owner in a new home.

Many items are in the original Maklin cardboard boxes.
