We work really hard to provide excellent customer service and making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item please contact us immediately prior to leaving any neutral or negative feedback. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of item being received by customer. Please contact us directly before leaving feedback and we will resolve any issues. If the item is damaged or defective please communicate via Ebay messaging and we will be happy to exchange (if applicable) or provide a full refund.  Buyers will pay for return shipping on items and only the purchase price of the item will be refunded.
