Vintage  - 2 1971 Dover Foxcraft, James Bartlett Wooden Handscrew Clamps With Threaded Wood Screws. 13” high with 4” base.  I have not been able to discover the usage for  these tools. Perhaps made for a specific project.   Apparently someone used them as decorative candlesticks (see pics). 

Excellent craftsmanship by Mr. Bartlett who was from Dover Foxcroft in Maine.  Very good condition.  A perfect addition to a collection.
