You are bidding on a 2001 Pittsburgh Pirates Game Day On Deck Magazine! This program was purchased by me at the PNC Park Stadium Opener against the Cincinnati Reds on April 9, 2001.
This program is in excellent condition with the exception of a couple places of corner wear on the cover, which I have tried to represent in pictures.
The inside pages are like brand new! I have included several pictures of the interior of the magazine, which includes a Q&A with Jason Kendall, a story on Willie Stargell, and just like those 1980 misprint baseball cards, it includes an article entitled Respected Veterans with Mr Operation Shutdown himself, Derek Bell, pictured! LOL!
The magazine containing the article on Stargell is ironic because he sadly passed away during the early morning hours of the PNC Park Stadium Opener.
This magazine is a great collectible for Pirates fans and for lovers of the greatest ballpark in America, PNC Park!!
