We use only the best quality of Cells in our battery rebuilds, brands such as LG, Panasonic and Samsung are our go to! Here at BATTERY SERVICE CENTER we have years of experience in the e-bike battery industry in both sales and servicing, including full suite of load testing and welding equipment, so you can leave your battery with us in confidence.

We wont be able to give a full estimate until we fully test your battery, but here are some ideas of cost:

How to Proceed with this Service:

• If you're not sure we can repair your battery, feel free to contact us directly with any questions first.

• When you decide to send your battery to us, simply report your problem to us via WhatsApp and send your battery along with the charger.

• You do not need to make any payment until the diagnosis process is completed and you are notified. We will send you a payment link so you can pay later.

• Pack your battery very carefully with plenty of padding, so that even if the parcel is very roughly handled nothing inside will get damaged or broken. Don’t forget to enclose the keys if your battery needs a key to turn it on.  Be sure to send your charger along with the battery so after the rebuild we can test the new battery with your charger. If loose wires are exposed, please make sure to insulate and isolate these from each other.

• We will then be in touch once again to confirm we have received your battery and results of the diagnostics.

• Total service time can take up to 10 or 15 working days, if there are any delays we will of course contact you first.

Is Our Service Covered by any Guarantee? 

Yes! We stand over all repairs from 30 days since your battery was returned back to you, and 6 Months cover with us for complete cell rebuilds.
