Victorian Small Retractable Glove Button Hook Made of Steel with PAT FEB 1  1876 can be found imprinted on the side of*As Found*

It does work but is in need of some tlc & it has some  stratches on the bottom, sides & back

It was a  spring action retractable hook but with use & age, it is no longer an option.

It now operates under a push & pull system because of the rust it has culminated over the years
