In this listing we have a really neat vintage military toy. This toy is designed to look like a military jeep for a one star general, as the stickers indicate. It’s made out of a military green plastic with molded details, has black plastic tires with metal axles, a white start sticker on the hood, and a sticker on the back saying “General”. It is marked on the bottom with “TIM-MEE, TOYS Aurora, Ill. U.S.A.”. The jeep is around 5.25 inches long, 2.25 inches wide, not including the part of the wheel that sticks out, and around 1.75 inches at the tallest. My pictures came out a little dark, the jeep is a few shades lighter in person.

This jeep is in good shape, but it has been played with. I will mention that I did wipe it down, but it could use a more in depth cleaning. I didn’t want to damage the stickers. It dos have seam lines and mold injection spots. Along some of the seam lines there are some spots where there’s some excess plastic. There are some faint scratches and scuffs to the jeep. They are very minor, but there is some damage to the finish in some places. The star sticker on the hood has some wear and one of the points has lifted and is a bit damaged. The general sticker in the back has a little wear around the edges and some minor general wear to the sticker. It’s also a bit crooked. There are some scratches and scuffs to the wheels, including the sides of them. There is some light tarnish to the metal axles. At the ends of the axles they pinched the metal to cut them, and the metal is a bit sharp for some of them. I don’t think they could cut someone, but they might be able to leave a nasty scrape. I would be careful with them and sand them down if going to give it to a child. Please examine all pictures to see the exact condition of this toy and please keep in mind some issues are more visible in person compared to pictures.
