This vinyl bug out bag seems lightly used at most.  It still has that vinyl smell.  It is in good condition except for a small tear in the inner lining. (see picture) 

It is similar to some Mossy Oak bags, but I am unable to find any labels other than the fish and duck picture on the front.  It has handles and a detachable shoulder strap.
