An antique H and R Daniel shell edge dessert plate, decorated with handpainted flowers on a pink ground, from the collection of the late Bryan Beardmore. Henry Daniel's factory was in operation between 1822 and 1846 and this item dates to c1833. The pattern number is 5140.

Pattern/gilding: excellent with only very minor wear. From the back, a little discolouration is noticeable, but not from the front.
