It is not sticky.

There is no fungus.
There is no haze.
There is no scratches.
There is no balsam separation.
No oil stain on the aperture blades.

Optics[Viewfinder]
View finder is in excellent condition.
The loupe is also beautiful.

Functional
Shutter will function properly at all speeds.
Exposure meter is functioning.
The shutter dial is heavy.
All other functions works.
