A clean Scott Specialty binder with matching dust cover. Item has pages for BOB issues running from 1913 to about 1970 and then pages for souvenir sheets running to the 1990s. Item does not have pages for regular issues. Many pages have empty black mounts. Stamps are present for some periods and occupation stamps. Overall very clean item. Photos show actual item.
