THE CAMERA IS LISTED AS SPARES AND REPAIRS FOR ONE SMALL REASON . THERE IS FROM A GUESS , A DUST PARTICLE ON THE SENSOR OR IN THE LENS THAT SHOWS ON THE RESULTS AS A DARK SPOT . ITS MORE PRONOUNCED WHEN THE LENS IS ZOOMED .. THATS MY GUESS THOUGH . I HAVE INCLUDED SOME IMAGES SO ANY POTENTIAL BUYER UNDERSTANDS WHAT I MEAN AND CAN CLEARLY SEE .
HOPEFULLY THIS ISSUE CAN BE FIXED AS OTHERWISE THE CAMERA IS IN GOOD OVERALL CONDITION AND WORKING AND RESULTS FROM IT ARE GOOD ( APART FROM THE DARKER SPOT SHOWING IN RESULTS WHEN THE LENS IS ZOOMED )
THE DARKER SPOT SEEMS TO BE MOVING ABOUT AS FROM WHEN I TESTED IT, TO WHEN I PREPARED THE LISTING , THE DARKER SPOY HAS APPEARED IN A DIFFERENT AREA . THIS IS WHAT MALES ME THINK ITS A DUST PARTICLE. BUT IT IS JUST A GUESS AND I AM NO EXPERT IN THESE THINGS .
THERE IS A SMALL SCRATCH ON THE FRONT LENS ELEMENT, BUT MY FEELING THIS IS NOT CAUSING THE DARK SPOT IN RESULTS .
The Panasonic’s Lumix DMC-TZ7 is a 10.1 Megapixel CCD SENSOR compact with a detailed 3in screen, HD video recording and a 12x optically-stabilised zoom. Launched in January 2000 . packing a flexible super-zoom lens range into a pocketable compact camera.
Cosmetically the camera is in used , but overall good condition with obvious signs of use and wear to some of the silver paintwork . Please see images included as they are part of the description.
The rear LCD display is working correctly. Its surface does have just few very light surface scratches . But in use when the camera is turned on these are too noticeable at all . In the images provided I’ve captured any visible marks with the camera turned off and on , so you can see clearly what the screen condition is like .
The cameras lens zoom function is fully functional
The lens blinds open and close correctly.
All operating buttons are fully functional.
There is a very, very Tiny mark on the front lens element.
The inbuilt flash is working.
The battery and memory card compartment is clean and the door of it closes securely
The camera uses an SD memory card ( not included).
The original battery chargers well . I cannot honestly say how long it holds they hold there charge as I have only tested the camera and not tried a days shooting with it . It’s always advisable to buy a new back up battery with older digital camera due to older batteries no holding there charge so well as they age .
The camera will be carefully boxed and then posted Royal Mail tracked 48 . Buyer pays for postage .
