French sterling silver sugar tongs in Louis XV style with lion claws made by Jospeh Martel (1888-1914) during the 1900's. It's hallmarked with the head of Minerva, french sterling silver (.925) guarantee, and the silvertsmith mark. 4 3/4" (12.2cm) length, weight 41 grams. Perfect condition as shown by the following pictures.
