In the year 2022, the vampire Louis de Pointe du Lac (Jacob Anderson, Game of Thrones) seeks to tell the story of his life, or afterlife, to renowned journalist Daniel Molloy (Eric Bogosian, Succession).

Beginning in early 20th century New Orleans, Louis' story follows his relationship with the vampire Lestat de Lioncourt (Sam Reid, The Newsreader) and their formed family, including teen fledgling Claudia (Bailey Bass, Avatar: The Way of Water). Together, the vampire family endures immortality, in New Orleans and beyond. 

All seven episodes from the first season of the gothic horror series based on the novel by Anne Rice. The episodes are: 'In Throes of Increasing Wonder...', '...After the Phantoms of Your Former Self', 'Is My Very Nature That of a Devil', '...The Ruthless Pursuit of Blood With All a Child's Demanding', 'A Vile Hunger for Your Hammering Heart', 'Like Angels Put in Hell By God' and 'The Thing Lay Still'.
