swinging arm 

looks to have been shot blasted at some point then left unpainted so now has surface rust all over

pivot bushes have been removed 

when I was moving the arm around to take the photos I could hear a small piece of metal clagging about in one leg, guessing there is rust inside but the arm looks to still been solid
