Note:  We want to make sure you get the FRESHEST crackers available, that is why we get them straight from the supplier, AFTER you pay.  We also want them to arrive safe , so we do our best to pack and ship them securely. However, as you may know, once a package leaves our hands we have no control over it.  While crackers are on their way to you via USPS Priority Mail there is always a chance that some of the cookies may (but not necessarily) brake.  They will still be fresh and deliciously edible. This can happen to any seller. Most cookie buyers online know this already, and is not big deal to them. We just want you to be aware of that possibility so you can make an informed purchase.  In the event of as described returns, or that the US Postal Service returns an item as Undeliverable as Addressed, Forwarding Order Expired, No Such Number, etc, item price will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee
