You are looking at an Antique RB Rogers Silver Plated Salt Bowl with Spoon.  The inside of the bowl is with a cobalt blue glass bowl with a tiny spoon.  Its overall condition is very good, no chips or cracks. It measures approx. 2 1/2" X 1 5/8".
