How to Pull Out the Winch Cable

First press down the pawl, then loosen the bite of the pawl and gear, and finally withdraw the winch cable.

Notes

• The winch is strictly prohibited to carry people and to use overload!
• When the winch is working, it is forbidden to touch the wire rope, drum, and gear disk. In the work, it is best to cover a piece of light fabric on the wire rope to prevent injury because of the sudden break of the wire rope, and the wire cable can not be used for lifting work.
• When working you should ensure that there are at least 5 turns of wire rope on the reel, in order to make the wire rope not slip off.
• When the winch is working, you should try to keep the wire rope perpendicular to the hub to prevent the wire rope from wearing at the edge of the hub!
• It is recommended to use a dynamic pulley when pulling heavy loads to relieve the hand-cranking force!
• Before use, please add lubricating oil to the gears and bushings to prevent the winch wear caused by the lack of oil.
• If the hand winch is frequently used for a long time, it should often check the winch gears and bushings for lack of oil, and whether the wire rope wear. You should immediately stop using it if you find the wire rope worn seriously to avoid danger.
• Please read the operating manual completely before use. And pay particular attention to the safety instructions included.
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and the 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
