Customer Notice:

Please note: All gas-powered engines require the user to properly set up, tune, and maintain the engine in order to achieve consistent peak performance. This is considered the normal responsibility of owning and operating an RC gas engine. For further questions, please contact Customer Support.

Here at Motion RC we are pleased to present our customers with the NGH line of gas engines. NGH have become known for building quality gas engines that offer light weight, power and reliability at a very affordable price. They are manufactured and designed from scratch for model aircraft, they are not modified chainsaw or similar types of engines that have been in the past, they are purpose made.

The GT9 Pro is the second generation of this popular engine, it has been re-designed to give even more power and has a completely new NGH 20G Pro twin needle carb to give good reliable running and throttle response plus easy starting. The internal diaphragm pump of the cylinder is driven by the cylinder from the side of the cylinder to give fuel to the flow whatever the attitude of the aircraft and regardless of the tank position. The ignition system is the new NGH automatic advancing angle system that is manufactured for them by Rcexl who have been manufacturing ignition systems for many years.

An all new one piece carb has flawlessly overcome the problems normally associated with very small gas engines. The conrod is now machined from solid phosphor bronze like the GT17. It is the same physical size as a .40-.46 sized glow engine so will drop straight in to your model with minimum fuss. The mounting for the exhausts are the same as .40-.46 glow sized engines as well, so a range of exhaust options are possible.

The 9cc shares many other features with its bigger brothers including the RCEXL ignition. Choose the GT9 Pro for your next project and you won't be disappointed.

Features:

  • Smallest Gas engine in its class, drop in replacement for .40-.46 sized glow engines
  • Power of a .40-.46 nitro 2 stroke but with far greater economy
  • Twin needle carburetor made by NGH specifically for this engine for improved tuning and throttle response
  • Carb features Pressure driven internal diaphragm fuel pump
  • RCEXL Ignition with automatic advancing system, light and compact for easy installation in .40-.46 class nitro models
  • Machined Solid phosphor bronze conrod
  • Forged crank shaft supported by dual bearings
  • Standard exhaust mounting pattern allowing for wide range of custom exhausts to be used
  • Light weight design and powerful output
  • Clean burning, no more oily residue on your model
  • Standard single nut prop shaft allowing easy use of a wide range of props
  • Purpose made, specifically designed from the ground up and optimized for gas powered RC planes

Please note: All RC model gas-powered engines require the user to properly set up, tune, and maintain the engine in order to achieve consistent peak performance. You will need to break-in the engine initially, then perform routine maintenance including cleaning the engine, lubricating its seals and moving parts, and adjusting the fuel mixture and valves as necessary. This is considered the normal responsibility of owning and operating an RC gas engine. For further questions, please contact Customer Support.
