MLB Authenticated-Salvador Perez RBI DOUBLE to JaCoby Jones off Casey Mize & Carlos Santana Walk. Shipped USPS Priority. Buyer pays shipping and handling.

On May 12, 2021, the Kansas City Royals visited the Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park. Danny Duffy started for the Tigers, while Casey Mize went for the Tigers.

Whit Merrifield led off the game with a HBP. Carlos Santana walked to the plate. With the count full, MIZE HELD THIS BALL IN HIS HAND!! He threw a 96.4-mph!! four-seam fastball for a ball to walk Santana. (Yes, that means Jake Rogers also touched this ball!!) Mize got this ball back. Salvador Perez came to bat. Mize threw an 87-mph changeup, and PEREZ SMACKED THIS BALL INTO THE GAP WHERE JACOBY JONES GRABBED IT!! (From the replay, It looks like Jones threw this ball to Niko Goodrum.) WHITFIELD SCORED, AND PEREZ ENDED UP WITH AN RBI DOUBLE!! This ball was then retired. Jorge Soler flew out to Nomar Mazara. Andrew Benintendi lined out to Robbie Grossman, scoring Santana. Ryan O’Hearn ended the half inning by striking out. The Royals lost the game 4-2.

This ball is MLB Authenticated for both Santana’s walk and Perez’s RBI double to Jones off Mize. Please note that this ball does not come with a case. Thank you for purchasing!!
