The Repairs needed are the handrails on the front and back, a front ditch light is missing 
and looks like the front coupler is broken as well.

The Shell is also lose so be careful if you are going to pick it up from the center of the unit.

Unit is DCC ready 

Unit has hardly no run time I only 

 test ran it and its runs great,
