This laptop comes without a normal or CMOS battery. The touchpad is missing, and the keyboard is faulty, it also has a locked BIOS. It has been inspected and the chassis and screen have been given a grading of B. The laptop does boot up and loads windows but, will need the above to make it fully functional.
Grade B reconditioned laptops are fully functional but will show more signs of use than Grade A laptops. These laptops may have obvious scratches on their cases, and their keyboards may have heavier wear. Additionally, Grade B laptops may have small dents on their covers or small paint chips on their surfaces. Their screens may have slight scratches, blemishes, marks from the keyboard or uneven light diffusion including small and infrequent pressure marks. Battery holds charge but is sold as untested. These laptops DO NOT come with an AC adapter/PSU.

To return an item please contact us so we can issue you with an RMA number for you to send the goods back to us if there is an issue. If goods are sent back with a clearly marked RMA number, they can be processed quickly.
