THE BOLT THAT GOES THROUGH THE JAW DOES NOT FIT ON THE END AS IT HAS A BOX HEAD NECK. THE NUT ON THE TOP MAY BE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE IF YOU CHOOSE TO, I HAVE A INJURED THUMB SO HAVE NO "CRANKING" POWER TO SEE IF I CAN GET IT OFF. SEE ALL PICTURES WHICH INCLUDE SHOWING MEASUREMENTS. It has been used and shows LOTS OF wear. It is solid and heavy duty, it weighs around 1 pound 7 ounces. This was removed from a very old non climate controlled "cabin" in WI that had not seen the light of day for 7+ years, and, before that was visited maybe once every few years before this was removed. This is well over AT LEAST a decade old. This "cabin" went through a few owners back to the 1940's/1950's. They did not have trash pick up, so, owner after owner left everything there and it just accumulated over time.
