Bought for my Libreboot darling (GA-G41M ES2L),

the rams work but not in my system. i did not expect them to, but still wanted to try.

DDR2 is sometimes a VERY picky platform, and Libreboot is even more so (No BIOS whatsoever).

i have 4x4GB Kingston's abroad, coming around eventually, so fingers crossed.

i wanted to sell these together with the two i will have leftover, but they want action sooner.

2gb+4gb worked, but not 2x4GB together in a pair and that's not what i want.

FYI 4GB modules working on an Intel system is a VERY rare sight. 

You've AMD? It's pretty much guaranteed to work. Core 2? Don't buy unless you can cope with incompatibility.
