Omega 110/220 Volt Electric Iron Vintage 110 Watt Wood Handle With Cord. This iron does have the(I believe) original cord. I plugged it in and it did get warm but I didn’t want to leave it in too long. I’ve never seen the three prong plug in set up!! But it does fit and it did get warm. Please see photos. Unusual design. Its about 5 inches long so maybe a travel iron??
