  We provide phytosanitary certificates to comply with international plant shipping laws.  The order you placed is in the process of generating a pyto license, and will take 5-6 business days.  Then the plant quarantine process is 6-8 working days, then we will pack and ship to your country.  Because we need to apply for a phytosanitary certificate and an export permit.

  Shipping: We will use DHL Express.  This is the fastest delivery we can afford.  Usually to the United States takes 5-6 days.  Others are 8-10 days.  We can combine shipping.

  Packaging: We always try to provide good and tight packaging depending on the weather

  Guarantee: we guarantee all dead plant and heavy damage with no possibility of survival with replacement.  We do not guarantee light damage such as dead leaves.  We offer a refund guarantee (terms and conditions apply) with 100% non-refundable shipping costs

  Important: We are not responsible if your package is held by customs.  Please ensure you have an import permit if required by your customs regulations.  So far we have been able to ship without issue in the US (ordering more than 12 manufacturers must have an import license), France, Canada, UK and Italy.  But sometimes we can't clear customs in Australia (50% success).  And we can't ship to South Korea and Japan.  Please understand this condition.
