International postage returns (outside of UK) you MUST contact me before making a return! Please make sure you have ordered the correct measurement.
Postage must be paid by customer and it must be returned via a tracked service.
UK customers can go though ebay rules for returns or just contact me to resolve.
These fasteners are not the original Dzus trademark fasteners but quality is good, please see feedback :)
