I buy dolls from different online sellers and auctions.  I don't know their history or if they had hair cuts.  Dolls are washed in mild soap and water.  I use Downy and Thieves if needed.

CONDITION:  Very good overall with nice hair.  Her hair is silky, but will need some restyling to get it back to it's original design.
