We Ship Worldwide and combine ship multiple items. Tracking is recommended but comes at a significant cost from the US. 

Occasionally we may be traveling away from the office to acquire more inventory, resulting in shipping delays but, otherwise, we try to ship all orders same day if paid by 3pm CT.
