Cute bag from the 1980s - perfect for the beach.

Would benefit from a clean and there is a small tear to the plastic near the top edge (Please see photos for details) you could mend this easily with a mini cable tie or some thread but it seems to go back into shape when you hold the bag by the handles and doesn't really affect the overall look of the bag.
