This is a classic, 90s retro style PVC halter neck Top for adult women. It is made by PVC-U-Like, the leading UK manufacturer of PVC clothing. They are particularly renowned for their very soft and supple brand of PVC. This is a PU style PVC with a slight stretch, white fabric backing. The gold is very intense, shiny and metallic. Normally PVC is rather crisp and resiliant, PVC-U-Like PVC is soft and supple while still being hard wearing. If you like wearing soft plastic, this top are for you.
