This is a very rare keychain figure made between 1995 and 1998. It was a prize from an amusement arcade game (not for sale). Please check the last photo for the entire item. There are 6 series in total. SP selection is a resale series. Some Pokemon have the same design across some series. However, the first Venusaur and Charizard are extremely rare as only this first version is stamped in 1995.
