"The Battle For Normandy" by Eversley Belfield & H Essame, hard back book and dust cover  first published 1965, this copy published 1975, both book and cover in good condition, some fading on spine of dust cover.

This copy comes complete with a Bookplate signed by 2 WW2 Airborne D-Day Veterans, who both landed the night of 5/6th June 1944

1. Sgt Tich Rayner - Ox & Bucks Light Infantry, 6th Airborne - landed at Pegasus Bridge
2. Sgt Gordon Newton - 9th Parachute Battalion, 6th Airborne - landed at Merville Battery
