1.The built-in Screen Protector is Scratch-Resistant, so please don't align additional Glass Screen Protector, which will compromise the touch sensitivity and keep the case from being closed completely.
2.The original lighting charger or similar discharge cables are correct. Please pay attention to the width of your charging cable. If the width of your charging cable is longer than case's charging port, the charging cable may not charge your phone directly.
3.It is necessary that the customer should do a simple in-water test.
(1)Just put one dry paper or cotton cloth inside the bag, shake the bag in water for at least 3 minutes.
(2)Wipe up the water and check the internal paper or cloth. If the paper or cloth is wet, please kindly contact our Customer Service and we will ship out the Replacement as soon as quick.
