Blue travel adjust and lock out knobs operate as designed. Stanchions are mostly clean, no surface pitting or deep scratches.  Lower leg decals show wear, paint finish on the lowers show scuffs / scratches and cable rub.  Anodized blue and red knobs show minor UV wear and scratches.  Mechanical condition is solid, rebound and compression cycle is smooth.  Unknown service history, recommend full service to ensure optimal performance.
