John Forsythe portrays a mining engineer who is forced to re-evaluate the principles by which he had lived when he is trapped in a mine cave-in. The exciting action and taut suspense highlights this weeks Star Stage drama, "A Place To Be Alone," which originates live from New York. The show is seen Friday, April 27, 9:30 pm on NBC-TV. The show will mark the first time in over two and a half years that Forsythe had taken a part not calling for a military uniform. The actor's activities in that period included such uniformed roles as "Mr. Roberts," Studio One's comedy, "Operation, Home," and the forthcoming feature film, "The Ambassador's Daughter." The one civilian exception during that period is the Alfred Hitchcock thriller, "The Trouble With Harry." actor Photo measures 8.25 x 10 inches. Photo Is dated 1958.
