This is an excavated specimen with a literal trace of
stain and wear, NO chips, cracks or
other damage whatsoever, sparkles and displays excellent.
I'm not sure what to call the color.
Not even sure I should try.
I came up with something for the title,
but when you factor in the amount
of time my wife and I spend arguing about my green/blue issues,
I'll let you be the judge.
Pictures are edited, as far as cropping and exposure,
but I never touch the color.
Circa 1890, standing a somewhat thick and heavy 8 & 1/8th inches,
mold-blown by hand with a hand-tooled top
and lip in the ring-collar and long-taper style.
It's circular with nine vertical sunken-panels,
in two different widths, embossed
in five of those panels.
Body has a few neat bubbles.
Upper neck and lip are full of tightly-packed,
well-defined circular hand-tooling lines.
