This is an excavated specimen with a literal touch
of wear, no chips, cracks or other damage,
dug mint condition, sparkles and displays fantastic.

On the inside are a couple of short bird perches,
that you can tell was a bird-swing after
it was blown, probably broke
under its own weight as it cooled.

Circa 1880-1890, standing 2 & 1/2 inches,
mold-blown by hand with a hand-tooled
top and lip in the single-ring style.

The neck has sharp bevel above the shoulder,
and even a small fin on one of the seams
where neck meets shoulder.

The lip has lateral thickness wave.

Lower neck has a lot of short, slanting
vertical stretch-marks.

Upper neck has a band of well-defined,
circular hand-tooling lines.

There's a pinch on the inside where
the bird perches are.

The embossing on the base is really crude and muddy.

There's some subtle, cool surface texture.

It's embossed very roughly on the base, four lines:
