If this was a more traditional form of broadcasting,
I'd say something oh so clever like;
This is the part where we pay the bills.

This first block of text will be pretty much the same
through all my listings, so it's a one and done thing.

I am, by way of introduction, your friendly neighborhood bottle digger.
Ebay provides a great way to make a few bucks,
for all those treasures that I just don't have room for.
I have a small and hard-fought collection of Maine bottles,
for they are my kryptonite.

High-quality photos with honest and accurate descriptions are
a total point of pride for me, check my feedback,
relax and bid or buy with confidence.

ALL items are 100% guaranteed to be as depicted and described.
In the unlikely event you find yourself dissatisfied for any reason,
I offer a 14 day return period, just return the item,
and I will promptly refund the full purchase price AND shipping.

When shipping glass, there's nothing like Priority.
Parcel rates are only 15% lower, and with Priority Mail
(actually carried between zones by FedEx)
you'll get FREE USPS delivery confirmation AND Insurance.

Shipping is another point of pride for me
(trust me, there's lots of them)

Buyers will NEVER pay more than actual shipping charges,
and multiple purchases will gladly be combined for your best shipping deal.

Glass will ALWAYS be shipped with more
than adequate bubble-wrap and loose-fill.
I've been shipping bottles for 2 decades,
I HOPE I've got it down by now.

PLEASE feel free to contact me with ANY and all questions.
I won't ignore your requests and will always answer as soon as possible
.
Too bad more sellers weren't like this

This is an excavated specimen with just
a touch of wear and stain, NO chips, cracks or
other damage. The color is a light
teal that easily passes light and
simply displays spectacular.

Circa 1880-1890, standing 7 & 7/8ths inches,
mold-blown by hand with a hand-tooled
top and lip in the tapered collar and ring style.

It's six-sided with upwardly spiraling ribs,
giving it a lot of edges.

The neck has some bulge and wave
and a smeary band of circular
hand-tooling lines beneath the lip.

The base has some great uneven wave.

The collar has some underwave,
lip has some top mar.

It's embossed in a ring on the base;

S & P
PAT. APP. FOR

The S&P is for Stickney & Poor Spice Company
out of Boston, and this contained their brand of peppersauce.

A beautiful specimen, total display piece,
rationally priced or low starting bid,
never a reserve, and you'll never pay more than actual shipping,
which includes FREE USPS Delivery Confirmation, AND Insurance.

THANK YOU sincerely for your time!
