If this was a more traditional form of broadcasting,
I'd say something oh so clever like;
This is the part where we pay the bills.

This first block of text will be pretty much the same
through all my listings, so it's a one and done thing.

I am, by way of introduction, your friendly neighborhood bottle digger.
Ebay provides a great way to make a few bucks,
for all those treasures that I just don't have room for.
I have a small and hard-fought collection of Maine bottles,
for they are my kryptonite.

High-quality photos with honest and accurate descriptions are
a total point of pride for me, check my feedback,
relax and bid or buy with confidence.

ALL items are 100% guaranteed to be as depicted and described.
In the unlikely event you find yourself dissatisfied for any reason,
I offer a 14 day return period, just return the item,
and I will promptly refund the full purchase price AND shipping.

When shipping glass, there's nothing like Priority.
Parcel rates are only 15% lower, and with Priority Mail
(actually carried between zones by FedEx)
you'll get FREE USPS delivery confirmation AND Insurance.

Shipping is another point of pride for me
(trust me, there's lots of them)

Buyers will NEVER pay more than actual shipping charges,
and multiple purchases will gladly be combined for your best shipping deal.

Glass will ALWAYS be shipped with more
than adequate bubble-wrap and loose-fill.
I've been shipping bottles for 2 decades,
I HOPE I've got it down by now.

PLEASE feel free to contact me with ANY and all questions.
I won't ignore your requests and will always answer as soon as possible
.
Too bad more sellers weren't like this

This is an excavated specimen with a trace of
wear and content residue.

NO chips, cracks or other damage whatsoever,
sparkles and displays fantastic.

Amber, circa 1890, standing 9 & 3/4 inches,
mold-blown by hand, with a hand-tooled
top and lip in the single, long taper style.

There's sunken-panels on all four sides,
boldly embossed in big letters
on opposite sides.

The lower neck is covered in tiny little
vertical stretch-marks, which
spread down into the shoulders,
upper neck and lip
are full of tightly-packed, circular
hand-tooling lines.

There's a neat stretched bubble in the lip.

The base has some humped-up and uneven wave.

There's vertical thickness variations visible
up the panel edges.

It's embossed on opposite sides:

ELECTRIC BRAND
BITTERS

H. E. BUCKLEN & CO.
CHICAGO, ILL.

These large sizes are much less common than the smaller ones,
which I'm sure had to do with price,
as everything always does.

A bold and displayable bitters, dug mint condition,
rationally priced or low starting bid,
never a reserve, and you'll never pay more than actual shipping,
which includes FREE USPS Delivery Confirmation, AND Insurance.

THANK YOU sincerely for your time!
