Offered here is the best Halysiocrinus we have found yet at Monroe County.  This crinoid is relatively rare at crawfordsville but is more common at our site a little ways south. Beautiful coloration, size and plate definition make this one gorgeous crinoid, This specimen was a favorite amongst my friend and I who dig this locality. We've found dozens of Halysiocrinus but none approaching this one's beauty. We are selling this piece to help fund some of our ambitions digging this site next year.

*I talked to the landowner who wanted to hold onto the piece but is now more open to parting with it and as such am able to reduce the price drastically*

The Halysiocrinus measures in at 2.5 inches for the crown and 3.0 inches for the stem, respectively.

Species: Halysiocrinus tunicatus
